3C
01
Classroom Interventions
We belive the classroom is the lab to graduate empathetic action-oriented citizen of the society, therefore direct classroom interventions are at core of fellowship.
02
Community Empowerment
It takes a village to raise a child is not just a phrase it is a fact. Our fellowship model equally emphasise on building strong local leadership and community empowerment to have an equal voice for a child's future.
03
Capacity Building
We need people with empathy and a growth mindset to bridge the gap between the community and the school system. We build capacity of government teachers and our program team to have inclusive mindsets and practices
The BRIDGE fellowship
The BRIDGE Fellowship is a two-year, full-time journey to advance educational equity at the grassroots. It empowers rural and local youth to become role models in their communities, working hand in hand with children, parents, and schools to create lasting impact. Designed in collaboration with Teach For India’s incubation program, TFIx, the fellowship nurtures leadership, builds empathy, and inspires young changemakers to reimagine their role in driving systemic change.
After their two-year journey, fellows continue as catalysts across different parts of a child’s ecosystem—serving as dedicated government teachers, passionate social development professionals in education, or bold entrepreneurs—driving change that endures well beyond the fellowship.

The BRIDGE Fellowship is designed exclusively for rural and local youth. While many fellowships exist for top talent and students from elite universities, opportunities for rural youth remain limited. We believe they too deserve the exposure, mentorship, and platforms needed to realize their true potential and lead change within their own communities.

Theory of change
We identify challenges, implement solutions, and measure outcomes to drive sustainable, lasting change.

Short term
In the short term, we aim to achieve the impact by engaging the local aspiring youth from the local communities to work directly with the dropouts, out-of-school and at-risk children to get them back to formal education and ensure the highest retention rate.

Long term
In the long term we create leaders and role models in local communities to empower systemic change. These fellows mainstreams and re-enroll children back into schools, these youth works towards empowering parents, teachers, and the local community to bring systemic level change where all the stakeholders envisions their child's future.
Alumni Vision
